After Dad's death in February, I've had a terrible writer's block. To add to injury I has gall bladder surgery, bleeding throat sores, a nasty flu, and a shattered tooth. All of which required going to the ER and hospitalization (the surgery didn't require going to the ER, though). It's... been a hard year.
